Marc Headley obviously wrote this without a ghost writer and seems to have read it for this audiobook in his strong SoCal intonation.
Hall compellingly reveals what drew her into the religion – what she found intriguing and useful – and how she came to confront its darker sides. Russia Church of Scientology v.
I can’t imagine living 15 years with that kind of verbal, mental and physical abuse. I would highly recommend that anyone interested would at least leaf through either ‘A Piece of Blue Sky’ or ‘The Bare-faced Messiah’ before starting on hedaley for Good; both offer a good historical overview of the Church and can be found freely on the Internet.

Or is indoctrinated into one before they are old enough to take control of their life? He really could have used a ghostwriter, or at least a more assertive editor. The first is money. Why did more people not attempt to escape over the years? I can only guess this was out of desperation.

Having built up an online buzz courtesy of Anonymous, and sold thousands of copies in the US, Headley says he has been receiving letters and emails from Scientologists, many of whom have said the revelations in his book have confirmed their gkod about the inner workings of the Church.
