In Chapter 8, the union of Coulomb’s law with the laws of special relativity gives issue to the relativistic form of Maxwell’s equations. When I read Ohanian, I could hear his voice in my ear.
On the plus side, it mentions the Trouton-Noble experiment. Ohanian does indeed treat radiation relativistically. A friend of mine didn’t know about Wangsness and decided to go electrosynamics use it after teaching out of Griffiths for a couple of years, I can’t really say anything good about Griffiths.
