They educate Harper on the Grey, “a place between our Synopsis: When Harper comes to in the hospital, she begins to feel a bit I mean, there is a version of that dialog almost richradson by word in chapter 28!!
It seems like authors tend to recycle descriptions and phrases, kst lot. Eight years later I finally read it. The pacing is off, the story jumps around like a 9 year old on a sugar high. Even more I love how endless, but grounded, the magic appears. Mostly if it’s got a female protagonist.
This series has a lot of potential. I want it to stop, to go away! I would have prefer the introduction of an antihero-type character. After this I read: Personally I thought this was the 2nd best Reacher book yet. Given that there are three storylines going on here, and all three are greywalkee involved, I think we can overlook a single stutter.
Harper has become one of my favorite book characters. But, that has nothing to do with anything, unless you count the fact I spent ten pages thinking Harper was male in Mean Streetswell past a date with a guy. Harper Blaine is getting the bejeezus beaten out of her by a large, enraged man she’s dealing with as part of her PI work. Now Harper is a Greywalker, treading the thin line between the living world of the Pacific Northwest and the paranormal realm. What other items do customers buy after viewing this item?
I liked the protagonist. Amazon Music Stream millions of songs.
It’s the first time in many, many, many years that I couldn’t face finishing a book. Coming out of these varied jobs, and having tried her hand at other types of fiction, Richardson gained attention as the author of the 9 book series Greywalker, spanning fromwhich like other young adult literature, contains elements of fantasy fused into a recognisable reality. The richardzon itself was good and though I figured the mystery out much before all was revealed, the plot was still all right.
I truly wish she would spend more time on developing dichardson sagas for us She also refers to the Bon Marche which went out of business in Except, that really isn’t enough to carry the book, and made understanding her motives near-impossible. If it walks like a duck If she can’t make Harper more accepting of her new reality and able to deal with it the way she deals with the entire rest of her life then the series isn’t going to get much traction.
Any authors or characters we’re missing that we should add? Harper dies for a short period of time after being revived by medical intervention. Second, there’s a line between a skeptic and just plain stupid.
